How to Build a Concrete Wall and Brick

The final effect depends on each element: the quality of the material used for making walls, plaster and fabrication quality. Every mistake, sooner or later, becomes a problem.

Most of the newly built houses come with brick technology. Wood houses are always the margin of total investment. This follows the tradition of construction as well as the availability of certain technologies and the ability to perform various jobs that reduce costs. Concrete and opaque walls must be firm, soundproof, hot and cold weather resistant due to different weather conditions. Bricks and clay tiles are the most traditional materials. Silicates provide a favorable climate inside the building due to its ability to absorb moisture and place it in dry air. The more the material is, the better the sound insulation. The best choice here is traditional ceramics and silicate, and the worst is carbonated concrete.

Mortars are not only used for joining the elements, but also allow even layer spacing, so the weight is evenly distributed. Cement mortars are most commonly used because they are waterproof, frost-proof and have high compressive strength. It is known that cement lime mortars increase ductility and high insulation factor. They are mainly used for building single-walled walls.

It is most important to set the corners and set the horizontal line using the string. In the 2.5 cm layer plaster used to correct the level, the first layer of elements is placed. The next layer must match the marked layers. Vertical joints of two consecutive layers must be properly separated, which strengthens the wall and gives the desired stiffness. The upper surface of the door or window opening must have a concrete lining that carries the load from the upper layers of the wall.
